3rd Charity Walk brings hundreds of supporters together in the streets of Barcelos

An afternoon of emotion, sharing and great solidarity. The third edition of ASLA's Charity Walk brought together hundreds of participants of all ages through the streets of Barcelos, with Leonor as the star of the day. The funds raised will support new physiotherapy sessions and the acquisition of specialist equipment.

Record bottle cap haul: over 50 kg delivered in a single weekend

The community responded in force to ASLA's appeal. A single collection point in Barcelos received more than 50 kg of bottle caps in one weekend, surpassing all of the association's previous records.

ASLA formalises protocol with paediatric rehabilitation unit in the north

The association signed a collaboration protocol with a paediatric rehabilitation centre, which will now support Leonor and other children supported by ASLA with special access conditions for therapies.

Charity football match raises funds for Leonor's adapted wheelchair

Barcelos FC and friends organised a charity match whose ticket proceeds went entirely to ASLA. The amount raised will contribute towards the purchase of an adapted wheelchair for Leonor.

Viatodos EB school launches bottle cap collection campaign in support of ASLA

The pupils at the local school took the initiative and organised their own bottle cap collection campaign. In three weeks, they filled four large bags and handed them over to the association with great pride.
